About The Firm

Harry F. George has been practicing law in the Bellmore-Merrick area since December of 1986. A resident of Merrick, Nassau County, New York for over twenty-five (25) years, Harry was raised in Jamaica Estates, New York. He is a Queens college graduate who majored in Communications and Political Science. He went on to attend Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles. While in Law School he interned with the California Association of Realtors. After passing the New York State Bar Exam he went on to work for several firms that represented real estate lenders. Over the years the firm has represented various institutional lenders and continues to represent lenders from time to time. The firm has also been the attorney of record for various new construction communities in Nassau and Suffolk and is listed as the attorney for the Sponsor in such offering plans. Inasmuch as he has represented buyers, sellers, investors, lenders and builders he is fully familiar with transactional real estate from all perspectives. In addition, in the mid 1990’s he and a partner managed a cooperative corporation in the Village of Freeport . He has represented clients in transactions not only in Nassau and Suffolk Counties but in New York City and the five (5) Boroughs as well as Westchester, Rockland, Orange, Sullivan and Columbia Counties.
